This role is based in the Philippines and will follow a hybrid work setup. Working hours for this role are aligned with U.S. business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced programmer to optimize information systems for higher education clients. You’ll leverage expertise in Ellucian Colleague and related platforms, collaborating with our consultants and clients to enhance system performance and standards. In this role, you will become proficient in Ellucian Colleague databases, functional modules, self-service architecture, and SaaS tools (Ethos, Data Connect, Experience, delivered APIs, and Self-Service architecture).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with clients to understand requirements, provide technical guidance and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with Ferrilli colleagues to resolve complex issues, improve processes and implement best practices.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, from analysis to deployment, including documentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain technology solutions (.NET applications, Custom Self-Service, and APIs for Colleague) using C#, .NET, MVC, Java, and APIs.
• Provide training on Saas environments, guiding clients and team members on best practices for adoption, management and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of support and project deliverables.
• Stay current with industry trends, particularly in Higher Education and Ellucian Colleague.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience related to ERP management, database administration, programming, and/or data queries and analysis.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, MVC, Java, SQL, and API development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience developing and maintaining custom Self-Service or API solutions.
• Experience integrating 3^rd party solutions with enterprise systems.
• Experience with SaaS solutions.
• Experience developing and delivering user training.
• Experience in higher education IT and/or as a professional services consultant.
