This role is based in the Philippines and will follow a hybrid work setup. Working hours for this role are aligned with U.S. business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our clients and teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in streamlining administrative tasks for our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in contract renewals, meticulous analysis of RFPs, proficiency in Salesforce, adept reporting capabilities, and adept event organization skills. Working closely with the Sales team, the Sales Operations Specialist will contribute to the flawless execution of contracts and renewals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage Salesforce, encompassing contact records maintenance and accurate data entry.
  • Originate and process renewal contracts, ensuring punctual execution and precision.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contract expiration dates, collaborating with the sales team to facilitate timely follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt and exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and needs.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of RFPs, involving requirement analysis, data input, and seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate conferences and large-scale events, guaranteeing the successful planning and execution of each occasion.
  • Support the Sales team and overall company objectives through assigned duties and tasks.
  • Offer reporting support, ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales reporting information.
  • Demonstrate multitasking skills and the ability to pioneer new processes with minimal guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support or a comparable administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce usage and management.
  • Proven experience in planning conferences and large dinners for groups ranging from 50 to 100 people.
  • Familiarity with reviewing RFPs and accurately inputting data into systems in accordance with requirements.
  • Extensive expertise in managing contract renewals, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
  • Skilled in generating and managing sales reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for multitasking.
  • Innovative problem-solving abilities and the capability to establish new processes independently.
